Return Policy

If a pillow arrives damaged or is not the item you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Unused pillows in their original condition can be returned. Washed or heavily used pillows cannot be refunded.

Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method after the parcel is checked.
